Junior Joshua Tedeku dressed up as “Tyler the Creator. I didn’t see another one, so it was original. I decided to dress up as him because I had the wig from last year’s costume, and it was a more comfortable fit. My favorite day this week was the medieval day, and I will probably dress up next year”. Like many others, JT also believed school to be more fun since everyone could dress up.

This is Koen lifting at the meet. He was very happy with how he did. He won in his weight category for both Olympic and Traditional. He says “It’s all about confidence getting under the weight.” And this meet gave him the confidence he needed for the season.
Coach Hodros and the girls that qualified for state after weighing in for the meet. They were all excited to compete and finish a great season of weightlifting off strong. Coach Hodros said, “…you’re going to have high’s and lows but overall it was a really great season.”
