As a junior this year, Blake Zevin has been throwing the javelin at track for three years now. He says throwing javelin helps clear my mind and releases some stored up stuff.

Junior Blake Zevin has been throwing the javelin for about six years, and he has been able to help other athletes at track for the past few years. Blake says, [javelin] helps me in other activities by being able to help my friends in the same sport.
