It’s a beautiful day here at Sunlake High School, and the yearbook staff is welcoming some new arrivals. Katie Kraszka, a sophomore, has graciously accepted giving a short interview about herself and what made her want to join the yearbook team. Katie enjoys the, “aspect of writing,” and is looking forward to, “learning to write better,” while she is here on yearbook. She loves, “coming up with different ways to solve a problem,” in subjects such as math, which is sure help loads when working in such a team oriented environment such as this. Problems always arise whether it’s writing articles, capturing photographs, or conducting interviews for our lovely paper. She is sure to flourish with her problem-solving capabilities. On an average day, Katie can be found studying and doing her homework after school, but her favorite part of the day is, “going to the gym and seeing my friends there.” Kraszka took Digital Design One last year, and her reason for joining yearbook this year was because, “you get to merge so many different ideas into one,” which is a fundamental part of being on the team. After such an eventful summer, doing things such as going to, “Universal with [my] family,” we are so glad she wanted to come back and, “work on photography and learning photography skills” here at Sunlake. Have a great day Seahawks!
