Isabella Santos, a member of the Class of 2025 at Sunlake High School, has had a fulfilling summer job experience at Chick-fil-A, where she has been employed for over a year. Over the summer, Isabella worked at least three times a week, balancing her responsibilities with her high school commitments. Her job at Chick-fil-A is more than just a means to earn extra income; it’s a source of joy and personal satisfaction for her. One of Isabella’s favorite aspects of working at Chick-fil-A is the opportunity to collaborate with her friends and interact with a friendly team. Isabella stated, “I love to be able to work with my friends.” This camaraderie has made her time at work enjoyable and engaging. The supportive work environment and the chance to work alongside familiar faces from school have greatly enhanced her overall experience. She said, “Everyone I work with is very friendly.” Isabella values the connections she has made with both her colleagues and customers, which has enriched her social interactions and allowed her to build lasting relationships. Through her job, Isabella has not only developed valuable work skills but also gained a deeper appreciation for the importance of community and teamwork. The positive atmosphere at Chick-fil-A and the friendships she has formed have made her job a highlight of her year.
