Brianna is fourteen years old, and she is originally from Texas. She has many fun activities that she loves to do which include reading, ice skating, and, “…playing video games with my friends…” When asked what her freshman orientation experience was like, she said, “Freshman Orientation was exciting and a little confusing for me as the layout confused me at first.” She also exclaimed that, “…the school was much smaller…” than she thought. When asked if she was either nervous or excited to start her high school career, she exclaimed that she felt both nervous and excited as this is her, “…freshman year, the glorified time of high school and the next four years for me…” She also said that she was interested in clubs for high school. Some included Key Club and National Honors Society. She also said that she did photography, so if there is a club for photography, she would love to do it. I lastly asked her if she had any suggestions to make orientation better for the next school year. She responded by saying, “If I were to change anything about orientation, I would make it more organized, as it felt very confusing, as there was no direction to find the media center, and it felt like a free-for-all.”
