Senior sunrise is an awesome event for the class of ’25 on the first day of school where students gather to watch the sunrise on their last first-day. One of these students is Tyler Dunbar, senior, who had an amazing time at the event. Tyler stated, “I was feeling radical at senior sunrise. It was cool to see all my friends and have a first day with them for the last time”. As for any senior, there is always a mixed-bag of emotions going into your last year of school, and Tyler was no different, saying, “it is a bitter sweet feeling going into this year. Knowing it’s my last year here is amazing, but, I’m also going to miss my friends and hanging out after we graduate. Graduating this year is also a tough one, knowing I’m going to move on to bigger things is cool, but also I’ve made memories here that I’m not going to forget”.
Tyler keeps busy with sports like lacrosse and fishing. Not to mention, Tyler is a member of Sunlake’s class of ’25 student council, and he was excited to see his classmates from the council when he arrived at senior sunrise. “I got to see my friends and take pictures for student council, which was dope. I’m the historian, so basically I just take pictures to document everything we’ve done as a class this year”. All in all, Tyler is an awesome senior who loved to enjoy senior sunrise with his friends.
