Blaze pizza is stepping up the game with its fresh customizable pizza. Unlike other pizza places, Blaze allows people to build their own pizzas with fresh, customizable ingredients. On Monday, September 9th, Sunlake High School hosted an event featuring a wheel where students could win free Blaze pizza coupons.

Alissa Trump is a Junior, and she was lucky enough to win one of these coupons. “I am excited to use the coupon, even though it’s just for a free drink, I mean come on its free,” Alissa says. “Anything free tastes better, and it also gives me an excuse to get something extra.” Since blaze pizza is right next to the school, she usually gets there by walking from the school with a group of friends. “My go to order for blaze is the create your own 11-inch. I put pepperoni, Italian sausage, applewood bacon, and green bell peppers on it with mozzarella cheese,” She shares. Not only is the pizza good, but the deserts are always something to go for. “I love to order any of the deserts, mostly the brownies and the s’mores pie,” she added. Blaze is a perfect spot for students looking to unwind and enjoy their day right after school.
