For one junior, it was the time of her life. Athena Saccomanno stayed up all night with her best friend. They played board games, roasted marshmallows, played video games, watched the ball drop, and of course lit off fireworks. “I had the best time,” she said. “Time went by so fast, and I’m excited to start a new year”.

Looking back on the amazing year Athena had, she said “I am happy to have gotten the chance to experience all that I did this year.” She said some highlights of her year were hanging out with friends and family, getting a puppy for her 16th birthday, making good grades, and scaring kids on Halloween with her best friend.
