On New Year’s Eve, Isabella Santos, a senior at Sunlake High School went to her aunt’s house and had a celebration with her whole family where they ate dinner together. Isabella and her cousins played heads-up. Her aunt bought various decorations, including big balloons that they all took pictures of in front of. When Isabella was asked if she had any New Year’s resolutions she stated, “I don’t have any sort of resolutions but I have set some new goals following the new year.” Some of the goals Isabella has set include saving money, buying a car, and reading more. There are also lots of upcoming things that Isabella is excited about. “I had so much fun in 2024 but I am so excited for some events to come, like graduating high school and starting college,” Isabella said. She had a great year in 2024, with traveling and being with family but she is ready to take 2025 head-on.
