At the end of every year, people tend to reminisce about everything that happened. Many think back to what they counted as their highlights of the year. One such student is junior Paige McGregor. Paige had many great moments in 2024, but her favorite memories were winning Homecoming Court at the beginning of this school year and going on a ski trip with her friends and family. When asked why winning Homecoming Court was one of her highlights, she replied, “Because I have always wanted to be in court, and it was a great experience overall.” The ski trip was another highlight of the year for Paige because, while she loves her annual ski trip with her family, this year she also got to bring her best friends along, making it a memorable moment for her. Looking ahead to 2025, Paige is focused on self-improvement. She has set personal goals like earning better grades, maintaining healthier habits, and working toward becoming the best version of herself. “This year, I want to be more successful in everything I put my mind to,” she said, ready to take on the challenges ahead.
