Freshman Aadi Patel had some amazing experiences during his first semester at Sunlake High School. Aadi spent his first semester making many new friends and learning interesting things in all his classes. Aadi really enjoyed all the teachers he had in the first semester. He stated, “They helped make learning more fun and easier.” Aadi’s teachers made school and learning a more fun environment for him. However, if Aadi could change anything about his first semester at this school, he would make more elective options available. Aadi felt his elective choices were not fun and pointless because they did not align with things that interest him as electives should. One of Aadi’s favorite events of the first semester was attending football games with his friends. Aadi loved cheering on his friends and his school. He loved being able to hang out with his friends outside of school while supporting his school at the same time. Aadi is excited about the second semester and is looking forward to everything the semester has in store for him. He hopes that his second semester will be filled with fun projects, more engaging activities, and new opportunities. Aadi enjoyed his first semester and cannot wait to continue to meet new people and have new experiences during his second semester.
