Camilla Jauregui is a senior on Sunlake High School’s tennis team. Camilla has been playing tennis since she was a kid, but three years ago, she decided to play competitively and has been ever since. Camilla has so much love for the sport, so she decided she wanted to play competitively. Camilla decided to join the tennis team because “I really enjoy playing; it’s a beautiful sport, and my team is great!” Camilla is excited to play and enjoy every moment she gets with the team and every game she plays. Camilla played Zephyrhills, and the match went pretty well. Camilla competed in singles and doubles. She won 6-0 in singles and 6-0 in doubles! Camilla states, “My least favorite part of the season is districts because it means that the season has to come to an end.” Camilla is sad but excited for her last season as a part of the Sunlake tennis team. Camilla hopes to continue to play tennis even after high school.
