Josiah House, is starting his last year at Sunlake High School as a Senior, during which he intends to form new relationships, attend as many Sunlake events as possible, and achieve as many goals as possible before graduation.
Throughout his time at Sunlake, Josiah has been consistently attending Digital Design classes, this year is his first year on Sunlake’s Yearbook team as a photographer collecting content and creating content on Sunlake’s Perch Website, originally Josiah said he was feeling doubtful about being on the yearbook team however this attitude was quickly changed after a few weeks, during which he attended various events including football games and pep rallies, where he says that he thoroughly enjoyed the experience collecting content and being at these events.
During his previous years at Sunlake, Josiah has a new mindset and with this a new list of goals both in and out of school life, throughout his academic year, he intends to retain a minimum 3.5 GPA, study for upcoming tests, and consistently turn in assignments and stay on top of his school work. Josiah explains he wants to maintain a better social life, and be more active in the gym. In his free time Josiah enjoys cooking, working out, playing video games, and playing sports, with a particular focus on Basketball and Football. When asked what he plan was beyond Sunlake he further detailed that after he graduates his intent is to join a trade school and pursue a career in HVAC and wants to create and run his own business in the industry. He also mentioned that although his plan as a career is carved out, he is still unsure of which school was right for him and he is carefully sorting through schools that may appeal to him and his plans for the future.
