Freshman Erinn Larson is on Sunlake’s junior varsity volleyball team! The JV team played Calvary for their first game of the season, where they unfortunately lost. The score was 25-21 in the first set, and 25-23 in the second set. Erinn stated, “The first volleyball game was so much fun, even though we lost, it made our team better and stronger. I am extremely proud of my team and how we fought to win.” Erinn loves the competition that volleyball involves, and said, “I love the friendships you get to make with the other girls throughout the season. I have been playing volleyball for 7 years now and have made so many memories, good and bad ones. However, I have learned so much from playing, and my passion for the sport grows stronger every day.”
