Freshman Katelyn Smith had an amazing time at her first high school Homecoming! Her first Homecoming was nothing short of spectacular. She and her friends spent the afternoon preparing, laughing, and building up excitement for the upcoming evening. She had a blast hanging out with her friends and getting ready together. After Katelyn and her friends got ready, they went to go take pictures together. Katelyn stated, “Homecoming was very fun; it was really hot though because everyone was on top of each other singing and dancing.” Katelyn went to Homecoming with her friends from other schools. She did not have a favorite song of the night, but she did really enjoy the DJ and all the songs he played. Katelyn wore a beautiful pink dress with sparkly silver heels. Katelyn stated: “The highlight of Homecoming for me was when everyone went crazy on the dance floor, and my friends and I were dancing together. It was fun to be with my friends and enjoy our first Homecoming together. I hope the rest of high school’s Homecomings are just as fun as this one!”
