Homecoming is an event most students look forward to every year. It is the most exciting thing that happens at the start of the school year for so many students. Junior Kalise Mabingnay had a blast this year at the homecoming dance. Kalise loved getting ready and seeing all of her friends all dressed up. Kalise wore a pink dress with sequins to the dance. Kalise’s favorite part of the dance was everyone coming together and dancing in one big group. She really enjoyed the smoke machines that the DJs had. Kalise felt like they elevated the night and made it a lot more fun and entertaining. She really enjoyed the song choices this year. Her top three songs played were Just Wanna Rock, Jimmy Cooks, and Tití Me Preguntó. These songs made the night so enjoyable for Kalise.  The beginning of the dance was pretty boring but when everyone got excited and joined the dance floor, the night became so much more fun. When asked if there could have been anything to make the night better, Kalise responded:  “I don’t think anything could’ve made it better, I had a great night.” Kalise as well as everyone else who attended homecoming had an amazing time.
