Ricky Vila, a Sophomore at Sunlake, started this week out great by going out with his close friends to a fishing trip. Ricky Stated that he had so much fun , “I caught one bass!” He exclaimed. But after the weekend had ended, Ricky dove headfirst into a sea of schoolwork. Determined to have a thanksgiving break free of any assignments, Ricky immediately got to work. He was very dedicated to finishing every assignment in mostly his AP classes, such as his lab he was working on for AP Physics, and his AP History packet. Ricky used any time he could get to make progress on his assignments, like in the cafeteria. After he finished all of his AP classes he was relieved, stating that “I had a lot of work to do but I’m glad I finally finished everything. Ricky had quite a lot of schoolwork for the week so he could have his thanksgiving break free. As the week was coming to a close, Ricky successfully finished all of his assignments. He was relieved that all the work finally paid off. He looked forward to “…hanging out with friends and family.”
