Gavin Mlinar, a sophomore at Sunlake High School, had a pretty chill and average week leading up to thanksgiving break. Gavin ended his relaxing weekend by getting ahead on his homework for the new week and watching the Packer’s vs Steelers NFL football game. Gavin said, “I had such a relaxing weekend I didn’t want to go to school.” After a long day of being back to school, Gavin had a Sunlake baseball game against Anclote High School, in which they won. He had another Sunlake baseball game going against Cypress High School on the Wednesday of that week. Gavin and his teammates were all very prepared after practicing two hours after school on Tuesday; unfortunately the poor weather caused the game to be canceled. Thursday, he had studied for a unit test for English, which he was quite worried about. He said, ” I don’t know why I was so worried about the test; it ended up being pretty easy.” Finally, it was Friday, the end of the long school week. Gavin and his close friends went to go watch the new movie “Five Nights at Freddy’s.” They all ended the long week by having a sleepover and watching college football the following morning.
