The Sunlake girls soccer team is going strong with an undefeated season so far. Senior Bianca Martinez is a starter on the team and has been since she was a sophomore. Bianca said, “Sunlake soccer is a huge part of my life. I love the team with my whole heart and would do anything for every girl on the field.” When asked what her favorite part of the game is, she said “…just the energy when we’re winning. Everyone is having fun and working hard and it’s just an amazing feeling to see it pay off.” Bianca is very excited to see where this season takes her and is even more excited to start her commitment at Valdosta State University for soccer in the fall. “I am going to miss this team so much and I am so grateful for everything it has done for me,” Bianca remarked, reflecting on her experience.
