Freshman Aidan Soto had a very fun week before going on break. Unlike other students, Aidan did not have any midterms or much school work. Aidan plays club soccer and usually has practice Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Aidan makes sure to balance school, friends and soccer. On a typical day, when Aidan has soccer, he does his homework right after school. On days like Monday and Friday, Aidan likes to hangout with his friends. He likes to keep himself active and busy. Aidan stated, “I’m so excited for winter break and to be able to sleep in.” Over break he has a soccer tournament and is going to Orlando. Aidan is going to spend a lot of time with his family. He gets to see his niece and nephew and spend a lot of time with them. Aidan really enjoyed his week at school. He did not have much work or big assignments due. Aidan stated, “Not having a lot of work made school so much more enjoyable for me before going on break and the end of my first semester at Sunlake.” Aidan can not wait to see what the next semester has in store for him.
