Senior Fady Zaher is locking in for the new year with a resolution to “…double my Fortnite earnings.” When asked what Fortnite earnings are, he said, “…when you’re really good at Fortnite you win tournaments and you get…V-Buck gift cards.” Fady simplified it by saying “…when I win, I get V-Buck gift cards. Sometimes if I’m really lucky I get actual money.” When asked how he planned on doing so he said, “…just double it and give it to the next person.” He also said that he wanted to “…crank out a lot of 90s and make some Fortnite montages to get my YouTube earnings up.” Fady currently doesn’t have any Fortnite montages uploaded to YouTube. He plans on growing his channel by “…posting ads on Facebook. I think I’ll probably have a two-percent profit margin.” As of now, Fady has two subscribers and said, “My parents are subscribed.” One problem that Fady is running into is that “I don’t have enough storage space to save my VODs, so I’ll probably just stream on the side.” Fady told us that a “VOD” , or video-on-demand is a video version of a stream. We asked Fady what criteria he bases a good Fortnite montage on and he said “90s, and a lot of them. A 90-degree turn with builds. So, it’s like stair, wall, turn, stair, wall, stair.” He also said that “…edits make a really good Fortnite montage, but I suck at edits, so I’ll just stick to 90s.”
