The second semester has finally kicked off after a long and fun winter break. As we enter this second semester, students will continue their work and keep on working for good grades. A sophomore was interested in sharing his thoughts for the week of January 22 to the 26 and activities he participated in. As well, he wanted to share his thoughts regarding the topic of the second semester.
Gavin Marx is a sophomore at Sunlake High School. He has enjoyed Sunlake a lot and everything it has to offer. He has met some great friends during his time at Sunlake and has overall liked the experience. This week was a fun one for Gavin and he did some fun stuff with friends. He said, “My week was good because me and my friends went to Universal till midnight.” He started his week by setting himself a goal for this semester and he said, “I would like to do better with my schoolwork and grades as well as meet new people.” So far he hasn’t reached those goals, yet overall, he said his highlight time of the week was, “…going to Universal.” All in all, Gavin enjoyed his week and was ready for the new semester.
