Coach Finan is a P.E coach and also the head of the P.E. department at Sunlake High School. During the week 1/29-2/2, Coach Finan, Sunlake’s girls soccer coach, ran practice the whole week from 2-4 P.M. She also has 3 kids and takes her daughter to practice most nights of the week. When I asked her about what were her favorite part of the week was she said, “…probably doing our dinner with whole team the day before our East Lake game. I think it was a really good way for the team to bond.” The girls had a game against East Lake on 1/30 that she coached. She further explained, “It has been crazy but really good at the same time getting to know everyone here and all the students.” Coach Finan is constantly busy during her weeks but still manages to do everything she has to do with the little time she has during the week.
