Jason Vizzari is a senior at Sunlake High School. He has expressed throughout that Sunlake has been a good school and there have been some moments he’s enjoyed and not enjoyed. When asked about his senior year he said, “I feel like this year overall is going to prepare me for success in college truly and every class I take I feel like I prepare more and more for when I finally start my college journey next year.” As he begins his senior year he wants to reflect on the best stuff that happened over the summertime. During the summer he went to a bible camp called Camp Idlewild. When asked how was the experience he said, “They limited many freedoms this year for example you used to be able to freely roam the small campus, but this year we needed to stay in the line of sight of the counselors.” His favorite part about his time at the camp was, “The talent show, which was a two-minute skit or cheer, and all of our team came together to mock the creation of the new rules of camp with a ChatGPT script imitating the creation of the US Constitution.”

Nathan Atiyeh, Associate Design Editor
Hi, I'm Nathan Atiyeh, the Associate Design Editor for the yearbook and writer for the Sunlake student newspaper. I have been doing yearbook for two years now and it's a very fun class to be a part of. This class has taught me some great skills such as time management, writing skills, and how to do professional interviews. I've also met some great people and friends through the class as well. In my first year I was a writer for Sunlake's newspaper but now this year I'm the Associate Design Editor for the yearbook in addition to being a writer. I'm very excited about what this year's yearbook will turn out to be and hope it's our best yet.
