On Christmas, sophomore Camila Perez Alvarez was gifted “POSCA” acrylic markers from her sister, senior Claudia Perez. Camila said that when she was given the markers she, “…literally gasped” and she was, “…very happy.” She has used her new gift to, “draw and decorate objects.” “I love drawing because I can create things that I find to be pretty. I also love being able to create visual characters and have a story to go along with them,” Camila expressed. The gift meant a lot to Camila, as she uses it to grow her passion for art. This shows how Claudia was able to find the perfect present for Camila’s unique hobbies. Camila felt, “…extremely grateful,” for the “POSCA” markers and “..kept thanking her [sister Claudia] for a week straight,” for giving them to her.
