It was homecoming week, and our Sunlake Seahawks hosted the Palm Palm Harbor University Hurricanes in what would be a hard fought, rainy game. The first quarter went scoreless. The Sunlake student section was showing their school spirit. The Student section were enthusiastic when junior quarterback Kyle Horvath ran in for the touchdown in the second quarter.  During half time, we were introduced to our homecoming court in what was an exciting night for everybody involved. The Seahawks would only go on to put up three more points and lose the game 13-10 after Palm Harbor put up two touchdowns in what was a very close game. After, we saw our Sunlake marching band play in what was an amazing performance.
