Number 12, Nick Kriel (a junior) plays forward for Sunlake’s varsity boys’ soccer team. With an impressive freshman year, being one of the leading scorers on junior varsity. He was also a swing player (playing for both JV and varsity) in his sophomore year and still outperforming everyone. This game was no different an event. Though he did not score, he still dominated when he had the ball, helping lead his team to victory. He said, “I just try to keep my composure and play how I know I can,” and the proof shows that it works.
